Have you ever tried vegetable juices? We all know about and love orange juice and apple juice, but how do you feel about celery juice? Sounds ridiculous? Not at all. With the right ratio and combo, you will be surprised by the taste. Juicing vegetables is an easy way to efficiently include more vegetables in your diet. It is difficult to eat 4 pounds of veggies a day, but you can drink 2 large vegetables in juice form really easily. It’s a wonderful way of taking advantage of the full dose of readily available nutrition that veggies have to offer. Juicing is great for your digestive organs, especially taken in first thing in the morning. By drinking fresh vegetable juice you deliver pure nutrition to your body without putting it to work.

Green Juice

Make Me Strong Juice
3-4 kale leafs
1-2 celery (start with one and upgrade)
1 apple
1 slice of pineapple (about 1inch)
half a lemon

Celery Juice

Electric Green Juice
2 slices of pineapple (about 1inch each)
3 celery sticks
half of a lime

Pineapple and celery

Sweet Kale
3-4 kale leafs
1-2 celery sticks
1 banana (blended)
1-2 medjool dates (blended)
1 tsp maca
1 tsp lucuma

Vegetable JuiceGreen Green Juice
3-4 kale leafs
1-2 celery sticks
1 apple
half a lemon
2 kiwis (blended)
